Reforestation and Memorial Forest

Forests have been cleared over time for pasture and crops, eventually causing vast amounts of rainwater to erode the land and roads. This has resulted in serious disruption to transportation and a fragile farm economy and decreased habitat for wildlife. Saplings is actively working to reintroduce endangered trees to restore flora and fauna and to control erosion.

You can help! One of the reforestation tools is the Memorial Forest. You can donate a tree to memorialize a loved one or event. Your tree of choice is guaranteed to grow and we will send you a photo of the tree with a personalized plaque.

Make your tree selection from this list (click to download) and send us an email. Your contribution will support life for many years to come.

With your permission, we can also post the picture and thank you personally in a Facebook photo album and other social media.
